Hello, guys!

For all of us it was a hectic day and not very productive coz of the power cut, but we still need to have a team meeting today to close this day. 
Can we guys meet at 9 today for the updates from today and yesterday. 

Also what i would like to do is have a small brainstorming on how we can bring our portfolio's job on the next level. 
I want to make sure that all the ideas we had in the beginning and might still have now are included in the plan and implemented.

Ok, as soon as you arrived later and wet and tiered.
Lets have the meeting at 9.30 AM in the morning! 

Be prepared for quite a long meeting. 

we have lots to be discussed:

Updates, plans for the day, the wow thing and also i have some questions.

Cool!

I just have an expectation, that we don't go off tangents during this meeting :) We tend to do it quite a bit, and with a full agenda like this it will take ages unless we manage the meeting well.
