This is from Ines:

What AI wants to happen is basically to have snacks inside the the workshop rooms, so that when they move to the workshops one of the things they say is "There is food in the workshop rooms, head there before it finishes"

The food: Mars bars & such, coke & such, some other biscuits we might have.

But very important to know: no breaks at all and no food in the corridors so they don't stop to get food.

So we will need to include in our HR plan that we put all the in kind snacks in the break out rooms before sessions start.

Cheers,

Thanks Ines.

I have a couple of concerns: Gap between breakfast and lunch is really long... can we have a tea break somewhere in between? I see that there is some sort of break in the afternoon, is this for the delegates to have a break?

Also, do you know if we have any plans to serve any snacks between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner? We can bring some of the in kind crackers/chips/chocolates, but it's a long day (people are waking up very early) so am not sure if we should perhaps provide some extra food...

Any thoughts?
