• Dhol Drums during the welcoming (as people walk into the hotel) Being done by AIESEC Bangalore

For the Theme/flower decorations etc we had thought of the following:

• Gajra for women to put in their hair (children handing them out at the entrance) Done by AIESEC Bangalore
• Marigold and Lotus flowers to make up the flower displays Done by AIESEC Bangalore
• Orange/white/green chair covers (in pattern of Indian flag)
