Hey guys
In case any of you have time today, I want to make a booklet to put in the delegate kit about food with the following information:
Fasting (when will you be
able to eat before sunrise, when can you break your fast, where you will
eat)
A short clause on what
Ramadan is and why people fast, around 65 people will be fasting at the
conference (for the delegates not fasting that might not know what Ramadan
and fasting is)
All meat is halal meat, the
only time pork might be served is for breakfast at Taj and it will be
marked.
All meat will be marked (what
kind of meat it is) or if it's vegetarian
People with allergies:
Everything with nuts, mushrooms, dairy, gluten and eggs will be marked
General about the food at the
conference (We will serve continental food as well as Indian food for most
meals, maybe a clause about Indian food to make it seem exciting to try)
