Hello guys,
as we agreed on Wednesday call, I'm sending you 1st version of agenda (it
may change over the next week)
and

*Logistic requirements:*

Rooms:
 *Day 7 *(30th of August) for Operations training/MCP meeting/LCP meeting we
need : at least 12 rooms (2 big rooms for LCPs and MCPs and rest 10 rooms to
host 30 ppl each room) + we need projector in each room.
*Day 4-5* (27th - 28th of August) for LEAD program and Leadership trainings:
we are on process of negotiation with Future Consideration, will give you
info as soon I get info from them

For the rest of the time ,we will use most probably main plenary, if
something changes will let you know next week, as soon we have sessions
distributed

*Other logistics requirements:*
1. AI will host a party on day 1 or day 6 (will let you know by Tuesday) It
will be 2010 Celebration party:

  - some free alcohol
     - glass of champagne for everyone
     - decoration: balloons, colorful papers etc (amount to be enough to
     decorate place for party )

2. On day 2nd can you please put MENA or Africa party, but not one of those
GNs who consume massive amount of alcohol, as next day delegates will need
to wake up at 6 a.m.

3. markers, flip-charts, pens etc will let you know by next week more
concrete + more specific logistic for sessions


Waiting info from you today about:


*Things to be send to AI from CC by this Friday:*

Venue allocation, # of rooms, map of the venue, other venue distances to the
hotel etc

Addresses of all core CC members and what they are responsible for (special
events, partners etc)
