I am really really excited, writing to you. Not even sleeping yet at half past 3=)) 

I am absolutely glad to work with such experienced, committed and interesting people like you are. Hope all of will have an XP of a life time! 

So, what do we have after today: 

1.we have this group for our communication

2. we have this spreadsheet IC2010 delegate servicing - F&B! 

For now there are expectations, place for ideas, daily tracking sheet, meetings outputs place, place to schedule individual meetings. I will add responsibilities devision as well. 

3.i have sent you a lot of mails, hope you will not get lost in all the info:

- parties

- memorabilia

- memorabilia briefs

4. We have decided that tomorrow you are sending your plans by 10.00 Am. I will look at them, in mean while you can start working on the first priorities (which i have underlined in the email)

5. Please do not forget to follow up on your JDs as well tomorrow. 

6. We will meet at 5.30 and check what was happening during the day. 

7. Please do not forget to fix an individual meeting with me as well for tomorrow or the day after. 

8. Plenary tomorrow starts at 9 in 504. Breakfast at 8.30.
