Chromium or (newer) Firefox support for ibus?

Dear ibus team,

As I am sure you are aware, ibus keyboarding in Chromium browsers (thus Electron apps also) and also newer Firefox versions do not seem to work well in "deleting surrounding text". This is a big challenge for us, do you have any insight on where to follow bug tracking or reporting for this issue to them? Or is there any way ibus itself could account for this in browsers so that users can properly keyboard in them with ibus keyboards?

To clarify, Firefox does NOT have issues (but using Google Docs in Firefox does NOT delete surrounding text, so we can say the problem is only with Google services - Chrome, Google Drive, etc.)
