Currently, newly installed ibus engines are not preloaded unless user
select them in ibus-setup. This is user-unfriendly for distributions using
package management system.

Maybe there should be a "ibus engine add pinyin" command to add pinyin into
preload engines, where "pinyin" means /usr/share/ibus/component/pinyin.xml.
So that we could register engines in packages' post scriptlet, and "ibus
engine remove pinyin" in preuninstall scriptlet.
