IBus 1.5.16 is released

ibus 1.5.16 is released:

IBus release follows the Fedora update and normally I don't update the
version in this stage but 1.5.16 is released now since many
enhancements are integrated for the emoji dialog recently.

You could refer the features with ibus-emoji(7) man page.
Now IBus does not use nodejs-emojione but Unicode Emoji files instead
and the Unicode Emoji files can be available from
http://www.unicode.org/Public/emoji/4.0/ or Fedora provides
unicode-emoji package. The version 4.0 is recommended since 5.0 is not
released officially yet and some emoji fonts miss the code points.
