If you build the emoji dict, the build requires 'emoji.json' file
which can be available by `npm install emojione -g` command line.
'nodejs-emojione' package provides that file in Fedora.
This release enables the emoji typing with Ctrl-Shift-e on any IBus XKB engines.
I will enhance the visible dialog box to help GUI in the next release.
