Hello Everyone,
Maria Rosales got the best news she could get for now. She was not turned away but the children are in a safe place for now.
Tony Núñez's angiogram was scheduled for Tuesday, not Monday, as I passed on earlier. The angiogram revealed that stents could not be put in place. By-pass surgery would be needed. Tony was transferred to another hospital. Surgery will take place sometime Wednesday.
After a good turn for the better, Shirley Garrison returned to her previous condition. She was transferred to UC San Francisco Monday afternoon. Tests began almost immediately. Surgery will take place soon. My mom and I will be on our way Wednesday morning to Northern California.
Praise The Lord that "little Bell Gardens Baptist has several others willing and able to fill the gaps in my absence. While I haven't talked to Tony today, we already know that the Spanish congregation also has good, godly leaders willing and able to carry on the ministry in Tony's period of recovery.
Please pray for these and "us."
