503 service

Hi ibtracs team,

I've been getting 503 service error in the past few days when I tried to access https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/data/international-best-track-archive-for-climate-stewardship-ibtracs/v04r01/access/netcdf/

Is the service currently down?

Error as follows:

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi Zhi,

IBTrACS data should be accessible again. 

Also note, IBTrACS is not an operational source for real-time data and is not to be used for decisions of life and property in real time. For real time data, we would direct you to the WMO RSMC with responsibility for your region.
