Greetings!!!

Our first meeting was a encouraging one.

Our meeting with juniors will be as follows

Venue : Spanish staircase, Time : 19:00 to 21:00 Hrs

Agenda:

- Welcome & purpose of Team Pongal

- Introduction juniors

- Intro seniors

- A brief talk on what was done last year and our plan for this year

- Events discussed in our meeting would be talked upon for consensus from juniors.

- Close

We expect everyone of our group to be present there and please spread word of mouth about this meeting to juniors as well as we do not want to miss any one of our people.

And regarding the team outing/ treat by us to juniors :

We discussed with the vendor outside our college near the temple. We asked him to serve a plate of snack of 1 potato bonda & 1 chilli bajji with tea and biscuits.

With the turnout last friday being 13 i've taken ur acceptance and per head cost comes to Rs.70. Hope this would be fine for all of us. Suggestions if any kindly respond quickly. I would take this as confirmed by coming wednesday night.

Thanks for the support and hope this turns out to be a good beginning. And in this meeting a surprise element would be announced. Hope to see you all there.
