This is to inform you that the pre-Mid Term Continual Evaluation is as follows:

1. Group Case Discussion for 10 marks

2. Individual audience Q&A for 5 marks

Note that the above will be held at FCR-8 instead of the usual classroom.

Please find attached the following:

1. Group discussion teams, allocated date and session

2. Cases to be used as topic for the GD and text book page number of the case

This is advance notification. Kindly read the case and prepare in advance. 

Please carefully note the rules below. Kindly note that these rules will be strictly enforced and no alternative arrangements for make-up will be permitted for violations under any circumstances.

Rules:

1. The group discussion will be for approximately 30 minutes and can discuss all aspects of the case.

2. Students who are not present along with their teams during the GD will be awarded zero marks for the group discussion component of evaluation  and no facility for make-up will be provided.

3. Students who cannot be present for their group discussion for any reason (including placement, marriage, illness, etc.) must exchange one-on-one with a student in some other team. This must be done well in advance and the faculty will not and cannot facilitate the process.

4. In case some of the students in the group are not available, the other team members who are present will hold the group discussion as scheduled.

5. Students are expected to exhibit professionalism in their group discussion and any unprofessional behavior such as arriving late for the group discussion will be result in zero marks being awarded to the student.

6. Individual team members will be awarded marks based on their contribution to the group discussion and not on the basis of overall team performance.

7. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the session and students arriving after attendance has been called will not be given attendance under any circumstances.

8. The next 15 minutes after the GD will be a Q&A session during which the audience can earn marks for case discussion.
