Analyzing the current market situations and developing strategies to tackle
them.
Having a thorough knowledge about the company and fixing meetings with the
clients.
Presenting the company at client meetings, along with timely follow up
regarding the same for any possible business.
Taking care of business relationship with Architects, International Project
Management Consultancies and Direct Clients.
Maintaining a database of various clients.
Assisting the Business Development Head in client meetings.
Maintenance of minutes of meeting.
Preparing the DPR in detail and sharing it with the management by the end of
the week. Also preparing a plan of action for the entire week, also to be
shared with the management (team briefing session)
Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff

Recruitment using a Job Portal, Social Networking Sit & various other head
hunting techniques.
Deal with Team Leaders, Directors & Manage Reporting on A Daily
Basis.
