(ii)We have also discussed NPA. I am sure you are now able to appreciate why NPA is a big issue/challenge for the banks
(iii) Technology - We have discussed technology banking - What is the challenge in technology banking ? Technology changes very fast and with technology customer expectations and demands also changes.
(iv) We have just discussed Consumer forums, banking Ombudsman, Goiporia Committee recommendations and Damodaran committee recommendations. Go through the same.
2. Customer Management Process :
This case starts with customer selection, customer acquisition, Customer retention, Customer Growth, Customer Linkages

3. Commerce Bank case also deals with customer management/Customer Relationship Management.
