Dear All,
It is with pleasure that we are making you an offer to be a part of Team
ICICI Bank. All of you will be reporting in *Mumbai** on June 15,2010*
for one day induction programme.Please book III tier A/C train tickets
accordingly so that you may reach at your induction location on June
15,2010 morning by 9:00 A.M.
The address of Induction location in Mumbai is : *ICICI Bank Limited,
Trans Trade Centre, MIDC,Near SEEPZ, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400 093.

attached sheet*.
For outstation joinees,please note that you can avail *Hotel
accommodation* during first five days at your final place of posting (as
per the eligibility limits mentioned below) and can get it reimbursed
after joining (please refer the attachment for class of city) :
You would be moving on to your final location of posting on June 16,2010.
Please retain your tickets for reimbursement of the fare which you may
claim after joining.

Also please carry the following documents on the day of joining :
* Original Education Certificates and mark sheets (Xth onwards till
Post graduation, in case post graduation results are not declared
then please bring Provisional degree / Provisional certificate)
along with two photo copies of each, originals will be returned to
you after verification

Four Passport size photographs

Date of Birth proof

Address Proof (Passport,Driving license, Ration card, Voter card,
Latest Electricity bill, Telephone or credit card bill.

If you have worked earlier then relieving letter,resignation
acceptance letter (duly acknowledged by previous organization )
and last salary slip.
*Pre-employment Medical (in case you have not received any mail for the
medical check up):

You are required to do the following tests under pre-employment medical
check up package at your nearest medical centre / Hospital (These tests
do not require any fasting) :
· ECG
· Chest X-ray
· CBC
· ESR
· Routine Urine
· Routine Stool
· Physician check up
In addition to the above laboratory reports, we need a letter from the
Hospital/Physician stating that *you are medically fit to join the
Bank*. Please bring all reports and fitness letter along with you on the
day of your joining (these will be collected from you at the time of
joining formalities).
You cannot join ICICI Bank without completing pre employment medical tests.
The approximate charges for these tests would be Rs.450-500. The amount
spent on the medical check-up would be reimbursed to you upto a maximum
of Rs.500/- after you join ICICI Bank.
