As I have shared earlier, I have been assigned Consulting Editorial responsibility for the IUP Magazine 'HRM Review' w.e.f September 10, 2015. This is slated to be a bimonthly publication at this moment.
As the CE of the Magazine, I encourage you to contribute your Articles/ Write-ups/ Commentaries/ Research papers/ Case study papers/ Industry Practice Papers/ etc. in any of the following areas of HRM to name a few: Motivation, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Strategic HR, Industrial Relations, Career Counselling, Crowd-sourcing, HRIS, HR Analytics, Green HR, Competency mapping etc.
The magazine is essentially meant for catering to the needs of MBA students and practicing managers.
* So it is preferable that the articles written for the magazine are focused on contemporary issues pertaining to HRM.
* Preferably, the articles shall address one or two concepts explaining its theoretical underpinnings, areas of application, pros and cons of its adoption/ implementation challenges, etc., duly supported by industrial experiences in not more than 2000 words.
* In short, articles submitted to HRM Review should help readers gain insights into new/evolving concepts that have a baring on the day to day functioning of HRM Dept. in businesses.
* As the Magazine is for quick browsing, citations are left to the discretion of the author; however the academic rigor is not to be compromised.
* Importantly, the article should in no case appear as a text book chapter—rather, its articulation must be so enticing that a reader finds it difficult to put down the magazine.
Looking forward to receiving your kind cooperation and valuable contribution.
Warm Regards
Also, pfa the information for authors.
