Hello Sir,
As discussed over the call I am sharing you the job description for the profile – Sales Manager. Kindly circulate it in the Google groups of batch 2010-2015.
· Should have relevant corporate IT experience in sales of minimum 3-5 years.
· Should have experience in manpower staffing and talent acquisition in corporate sector.
· Must carry good understanding in temporary and permanent staffing in corporate sector.
· Must be target oriented person who understand no’s
· Good exposure in working with corporate clients.
· Provided services to corporate in terms of supplying technical manpower.
· Must had met the target lines assigned by the current / previous organization.
· Must have experience in Leading IT staffing in corporate sector.
· Manage to target all big Corporate’s and able to deliver end to end services to them.
· Can share innovative ideas to diversify this particular vertical to get new business opportunities.
· Must have his / her own vehicle to travel. Reimbursement will be provided.
· Excellent spoken English.
Educational Qualification: B Tech / MBA or B Tech with sound understanding of Targets.
Preference: Male candidate preferred but OK with female candidate only if she is fulfilling all above criteria and very much serious about her professional career growth.
Candidate Location: Preferable from Gurgaon (Due to Gurgaon client base or Delhi.
Offered Salary: 3 Lac to 6 Lac CTC (Based on his capabilities).
