Greetings from IBSAF & IBS Pune!

 

IBSAF & IBS Pune cordially invite you for an alumni meet where you will relive the golden moment catch up on the old times and walk down the memory lane with your batchmates, professors and acquaintances on Sunday March 15^th 2015 at our IBS Pune Campus Auditorium.

 

Chief Guest :  Mr. Subhash Kaul

Subhash Kaul, the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Global Engineering Transport Solutions (GETS) Pvt Ltd. has close to 30 of industry expertise and held senior management positions in various companies.

 

A former cricketer, Mr.Kaul, also spends his time coaching at RX Cricket Academy in Bangalore.

 

The details of the event are as follows:

 

Date:          Sunday March 15^th 2015.

Time:          5.15 pm.

Venue: Auditorium, IBS Pune, Hadapsar. (Landmark is Pawar Public School and DSK Toyota Showroom).  Location map attached.

Program schedule: 

Registration & Networking ( Tea and Snacks )	5.15 to 6.00 pm
Welcome and introductory remarks	6.00 pm
Chief Guest address/presentation	6.20  pm
Dinner	8.15 pm onwards

 

 

 

 

 

You are cordially invited along with your spouse and kids for the event.

 

Please note that the program will start sharp at 6.00 pm (as Chief Guest arriving from Bangalore and returning the same evening). Hence you are requested to plan accordingly to reach venue by 5.15 pm.  A special art and craft session will be arranged for the kids to keep them engaged during the session.

 

In order to plan further arrangements including dinner you are requested to confirm your participation by 10^th March 2015 & indicate whether you would be accompanied by your spouse and kids through the attached format and email to alumn...@ibsindia.org .
