Hello!

I got back from the dust my Pegasos 1 and it's running nicely 😀.

After I sat up the latest MorphOS (3.19 and so) , I tried IBrowse (IBrowse-MOS from the download section). This on is still a 68k executable (?).

It works pretty well but... not with https site. It complains about missing AmiSSL.

- Should not IBrowse use the native SSL stuff from MorphOS?
- Does IBrowse rquires the 68k AmiSSL to run there?

Cheers
Have a great day
Nicolas

Yes. It does make use of some MorphOS specific features though, specifically in terms of graphics rendering, alpha blending and anti-aliased fonts.

It can't, as it does not support things that AmiSSL does. Nobody, so far, has shown any interest in finishing the MorphOS version of AmiSSL :-(

Yes.

Ok.

Thanks for your answers. Already nice to have some optimizations for MorphOS.

Ok. Out of curiosity. What is missing? As there is already MorphOS stuff, and a PPC version for OS4, it should not be sooo far away from a MorphOS native version?

Some testing, I could do that!
