Basic IBPY Template Get Price - Logic test - Place Bracket order - repeat

Hello,

I would like to get the current ask price of Google and then place a bracket order.

Therefore -

Get ask price of google including pre-market/after hours quote.
Do some logic test
Place bracket order
When Bracket orders stop/profit is triggered - repeat

Any code would be great....and i'm sure others could benefit from this type of template.
