IBPSA Modelica Working Group website online

Dear All,

The IBPSA Modelica Working Group website presented in the past meeting is online: 
https://ibpsa.github.io/modelica-working-group/. A few pointers on the website:

- The landing page image is taken from the previous IBPRA Project 1. If anyone wants to submit a new image for the working group feel free to reach out

- I tried to add everyone to the Participants tab, let me know if I left out anyone

- If anybody has any publications or applications related to the use of the library and wants to publish them on the website, please reach out and I will update it.
