IBPSA Project 2 Task 3 (Emulator development) February meeting

Dear All,

Happy new year! 

I would like to setup the first meeting of Task 3 in February and follow up meetings in March and April-May. 

The meeting agenda for February will be:

- Current Emulator developments update

- Show the application form for new emulators submission for final approval within the group

- Start discussion on updating review document for emulators (i.e. add SPAWN section, add control "stress testing")

- Start discussion on setting up "Help me" time for emulator developers to solve various issues apart from the monthly meetings
