            এই  এগারটি  ঔষধের  যে-কোনটিকে  আপনি  বাদ  দিয়ে  দিতে  পারেন,  যদি  মনে  করেন  যে,  সেটি  কোন  কাজ  (উপকার)  করছে  না  অথবা  অনাকাঙিখত  সমস্যার (যেমন-  মারাত্মক  ধরনের  বুকজ্বালা,  চুলকানি,  ব্যথা,  বমি  ইত্যাদি)  সৃষ্টি  করছে  অথবা  স্থানীয়  মার্কেটে  পাওয়া  যাচ্ছে  না।  অবশিষ্ট  ঔষধগুলি  তাদের  প্রদত্ত  সিরিয়াল  বা  ধারাক্রম  অনুযায়ী  খেতে  থাকুন।  ঔষধের  শক্তি  এবং  মাত্রা  সমপর্কে  আমার  নির্দেশনা  পরিবর্তন  করবেন  না।  তবে  আমার  নির্দেশিত  শক্তি  স্থানীয়  মার্কেটে  পাওয়া  না  গেলে  আপনি  তার  কাছাকাছি (এবং  বাজারে  পাওয়া  সবচেয়ে  নিন্মতম)  শক্তির  ঔষধ  খেতে  পারেন।  হোমিওপ্যাথিক  ঔষধের  শক্তিকরণ  ক্ষেত্রে  কিউ (Q) -কে  বলা  হয়  মাদার  টিংচার,  অর্থাৎ  সবচেয়ে  নিন্মতম  শক্তি  অর্থাৎ  এক  বা  শূণ্য  শক্তির  ঔষধ।  আমরা  সবাই  জানি  যে,  নিন্মশক্তির (like  Q,  3X,  6X,  12X,  30X,  200X,  3C,  6C,  3,  6,  3CH,  6CH,  12CH  ইত্যাদি)  হোমিওপ্যাথিক  ঔষধের  পার্শ্ব-প্রতিক্রিয়া  খুবই  কম,  নাই  বললেই  চলে।  মনে  রাখবেন  যে,  হোমিওপ্যাথিক  ঔষধের  নামসমূহ  হলো  বিশ্বজনীন (অর্থাৎ  এগুলো  পৃথিবীর  সকল  দেশে  একই  নামে  পাওয়া  যায়)।  এসব  ঔষধের  কোনটি  যদি  তরল  আকারে  পাওয়া  না  যায়,  বরং  তার  পরিবর্তে  বড়ি  আকারে  পাওয়া,  তবে  তা  সমান  মাত্রায়  খান  অর্থাৎ  দশ  ফোটার  পরিবর্তে  দশটি  বড়ি  করে  খান।  ঔষধ  সব  সময়  তরল  আকারে  কেনার  চেষ্টা  করবেন  এবং  কিছু  পানির  সাথে  মিশিয়ে  খাবেন।  কেননা  হোমিওপ্যাথিক  ঔষধ  তরল  আকারে  খেলে  ভালো  ফল  পাওয়া  যায়।

            অনেকেই  আমার  নিকট  ই-মেইল  অথবা  ফোন  করে  জানতে  চান  যে,  এই  হোমিওপ্যাথিক  ঔষধগুলো  কিভাবে  সংগ্রহ  করা  যাবে।  প্রকৃতপক্ষে  এই  এগারটি  হোমিওপ্যাথিক  ঔষধ  হলো  একেবারে  সাধারণ / বহুল  প্রচলিত  হোমিও  ঔষধ।  যে-কোন  হোমিওপ্যাথিক  ফার্মেসী  থেকেই  আপনারা  এগুলো  সংগ্রহ  করতে  পারেন।  আমার  জানা  মতে,  পৃথিবীর  ছোট-বড়  সমস্ত  শহরেই  হোমিওপ্যাথিক  ঔষধ  পাওয়া  যায়।  যদি  আপনার  এলাকায়  পাওয়া  না  যায়,  তবে  ইন্টারনেটের  মাধ্যমে  অর্ডার  দিয়েও  পৃথিবীর  বিভিন্ন  হোমিওপ্যাথিক  ঔষধ  প্রস্তুতকারী  কোম্পানীর  কাছ  থেকে  সংগ্রহ  করতে  পারেন।
