IBM Dataservers backend support in Django application Framework.

IBM DB2 backend support in Django application Framework is now
available to the community. Right now it is in beta stage.

ibm_db_django enables access to IBM databases from Django applications
http://www.djangoproject.com/

The adapter has been developed and is supported by this IBM team.
