ANNOUNCE: - New Release of IBM_DB (2.0.1)

A minor release 2.0.1 of ibm_db and ibm_db_dbi is available which
includes some bugfixes.

New in the Release IBM_DB-2.0.1
-------------------------------
- Fixed: Retrieving NULL CLOB/XML/BLOB values(issue #121, #125)
- Fixed: free_stmt() not able to free stmt resources(issue #124)
