Full Job Description
SCOPE
Perform complete project management activities and comply with the
organization's policies and standards to deliver web-based
applications of the ResearchStation program.


DUTIES
Provide project documentations (project charter, project management
plan, project status reports, etc.) required by the organization and
by the respective projects
Manage the scope of work by working with business analysts, architect
and customers to collect, analyze and prioritize requirements
Formulate and manage project schedule. Provide contingency plans to
ensure or adjust the project schedule.
Estimate and manage the cost of a project
Ensure the quality of deliverables of a project
Identify and mitigate project risks
Secure resources from resource manager(s). Provide team building and
team member evaluations.
Secure contract resources, 3rd party software and hardware resources
required by a project
Lead project meetings. Frequently communicate with stakeholders and
project team members about schedule, status and issues


SKILLS REQUIRED
5+ years project management experience in a software/application
development and support environment
3+ years experience in a web portal, Windows and Linux environment
2+ years hands-on experience in coordinating with offshore project
resources
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or an Agile
project management tool
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills


SKILLS PREFERRED
Experience in Agile development methodology is a big plus
Experience in Healthcare or BioScience
Multi-tasking, attention to details


EDUCATION
PMI PMP certification is required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems
(MIS) or Business Administration (BBA)
Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems (MIS) or Business Administration (MBA)


PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and
with customer satisfaction
Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, execute and close multiple
projects concurrently
Demonstrated ability to lead project resources in various geographical
locations
