Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 12 months


Qualifications
* 7+ years professional experience in IT software development
* 3+ years of hands on experience with integration technologies is a must.
* SOA / Web Services development is a must
* Tibco BW and BE is a must
* XML Programming / XSLT is a must
* Experience with cloud applications, SalesForce or NetSuite is a big plus
* SQL is a must
* Experience with Java services is a plus
* Oracle PL/SQL is a plus
* Well developed written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management. Well developed active listening, facilitation and presentation skills
* Knowledge of complex business principles and transportation management is a plus
* Deep knowledge of IT software development life cycle methodologies and processes
* Well developed time management and prioritization skills
* Demonstrated analytical capabilities including complex technical problem solving
* Ability to apply an understanding of in-depth functionality of multiple transportation-related systems
* Ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships and work effectively with senior business and client contacts
* Ability to mentor and guide others in technical skills
* Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people
