Job Title: Tech Lead
Work Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 6 to 12 months

Experience: 10 to 20 years
Mode of Interview: Telephonic and Skype mandatory

Required Skills:
Ø Must have Test Management Skill

Test Lead (onsite) 10+ years of Experience:
· Ability to deliver testing services for functional & automation testing with a flair for performance testing
· Should act as Single point of Contact for all testing related deliverables for the project
· Communicate and interact with all stakeholders
· Escalate / Resolve the issues raised by the Testing Team/Client
· Perform Test Data and Test Environment coordination activities
· Test Design and Execution review
· Participate in Weekly Review Meetings
· Test Planning & Strategy for manual and automation
· Metrics planning, Prepare & Publish periodic Test Reports & Dash Boards to all stakeholders
