IWAD0401E Unknown type of JNDI object when running EJB Test Client

I'm getting the following error when I run the EJB Test client:
IWAD0401E Unknown type of JNDI object

This was working yesterday and the only thing I did was close WSAD and
open it today.

I have tried restarting the server and generating the deployment code
again.

WIN NT and WSAD 4.0.(no patches)

Any clues?
