wp.user.api.jar contains class you need. Its part of Portal runtime. If
you are using RAD, you can find it at
\runtimes\portal_v60_stub\shared\app\wp.user.api.jar. Or in you Portal
directory \WebSphere\PortalServer\base\wp.user.api\shared\app .
