Hi, I am having the following error when I configure the WCM search,

Can you attach a screenshot and the HTML source of the result when you open a new Web browser and access http://server:10038/wps/wcmsearchseed/searchseed?siteid=4c5d8880489da805acc8acb3302d18ca&userid= &password=&debug=1 ?

Thanks for reply. When I use this url
http://servername:10038/wps/wcmsearchseed/searchseed?siteid=4c5d8880489da805acc8acb3302d18ca&userid= &password=&debug=1

The browser not able to display the page. Attached please find the screenshot.

I also change the servername to server-ip-address and "localhost". But having the same result from browser.

What else I can try ?

Hello,
I do not know what is your version of WCM but *PK62885 (IBM WEB CONTENT MANAGEMENT SEARCH SEED LIST FAILS WITH THE NULLPOINTER EXCEPTION)* will probably help.

The APAR should be available at *Fix Central* at http://www.ibm.com/eserver/support/fixes/fixcentral/swgquickorder?brandid=2&productid=Workplace%20Web%20Content%20Management.

If you cannot access the wcmsearchseed list page in a Web browser, then the Portal Search Engine crawler will probably not be able to access it either, which is why the Portal Engine crawler throws com.ibm.hrl.ws.PseException: ERR_BAD_SEEDLIST_URL_1.
