XMLAccess deploy portlet to cluster failing ADMA5033E

Hi,

When attempting to use xmlaccess to deploy a portlet to our Portal 6.1
cluster environment, we are experiencing the following error:

ADMA5033E: The target server WebSphere_Portal specified for
ABCPortlet.war+WEB-INF/web.xml is a part of cluster PortalCluster, but
cluster PortalCluster is not specified in the list of targets.

I noticed that the technote at: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21243350
stated that this is due to DeploymentServices.properties file
containing the wrong value for "wps.appserver.name".
However, since the technote was for Portal 5.1, its information is
outdated as its DeploymentServices.properties location is incorrect,
and the file also does not contain "wps.appserver.name" in Portal 6.1.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue on Portal 6.1?
