6.1.0.3 fixpack includes recommended fixes for 6.1.0.2?

We're preparing to upgrade to 6.1.0.3, and see all of the fixes that we have applied to our 6.1.0.2 environment except for the five recommended fixes for 6.1.0.2:

Does anyone know if these still apply to 6.1.0.3? Should they be re-applied on top, should they remain underneath? Or are they actually included? The fixes in question are PK84560, PK87054, PK84616, PK84758 and PK86042.

I checked the APARs. PK84560 and PK84616 are not closed yet so it's doubtful either one is included in 6.1.0.3. I could not find 6.1.0.3 versions of PK87054 or PK84758 but they may be in 6.1.0.3. PK86042 is a cumulative fix for Personalization and all the code changes in it should be in 6.1.0.3 already.
Sorry I can't be more definitive. I recommend opening a pmr so that we can find out for sure since the documentation page is not clear.
