IHS not forwarding request to WAS

hi,<br />
I have installed IHS6.1 in one machine(A), and WAS6.1 in remote machine(B). I installed webserver plugins in machine(A) where i have instlled IHS.<br />
While installing plugins i gave the remote machine(B) IP address. and I have copied configurewebserver1.bat file from Plugins\bin\ from A to pasted in \Appserver\bin\ in B.<br />

then in WAS admin console i can see the webserver is running. when i click propagate plugins <br />
<br />

i copied the plugin-cfg.xml file from WAS machine to IHS machine<br />

I restarted both<br />

when i try the http:<br clear="all" />ihs-hostname I can see the IHS page(that is running)<br />
but when i try http:\\ihs-hostname\snoop<br />

10060 is the windows errno value for connection timed out. Check the DNS
resolution and connectivity between the IHS system and the host:port
values in plugin-cfg.xml.

You should be able to contact was via an HTTP client from the IHS system.

This SSL transport fails because GSKit can't be loaded. Verify that
GSKit is installed on the system

Make sure that the admin server is running on machine A and the port that
the admin server is using is accessible from machine B (I.e. if there is a
firewall then appropriate rules have been defined).

Also check the location of the plugin-cfg.xml file in the httpd.conf file,
the user-id used by admin server must have update permission to the
directory and file.
