Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills
1. Test Lead to lead QA and coordinate with UAT team
2. Ability to provide leadership to offshore and onshore QA, Automated Testing team
3. Assist business users in defining User Acceptance Testing, test cases and plans
4. Create and maintain test cases in Quality Center
5. Work with business users, system analysts, designers and programmers to create and analyze various required project documents
6. Good communication skill and need to strongly drive the meetings with stake holders from IT and Business team

Desirable Technical /Functional Skills
1. Agile methodology experience
