Technical/Functional Skills
The first is an OBIEE
· EMC DMX & EMC VMAX Experience is MUST
· EMC DMX3 and DMX4 arrays for Tier 1 Storage
· EMC VMAX arrays for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Storage
· Brocade and MacData Switches
· Connectrix Manager Software to manage SAN switches
· EMC Avamar for backups at Remote Locations
· EMC Control Center (ECC) for disk provisioning
· Symmetrix Management Console (SMC) for disk provisioning on VMAX arrays
· Solution Enabler Software (SYMCLI) for disk provisioning, TimeFinder and SRDF operations
· Basics of UNIX and Linux(HP-UX, Redhat Linux)

Roles & Responsibilities
•Resolve issues, day to day operation, incident management and Change implementations.
•Work along with Eaton resources in fulfilling all the standard statement of work
•Maintenance of all documentation for the infrastructure in scope.
•Configuration Backup and Restore of relevant in accordance to the incident management process. The storage will be both on UNIX and Windows environment
•Coordination with third party suppliers and other vendors for break fix.
