Dose the return function work in 5.6

I?m trying to return a product using the Accelerator; it seems that when you get to Credit Method there aren?t any methods to choose from, has any gotten a return to go all the way through.

I am using Commerce Suite 5.6 with fix pack 4 on Win 2000 box with fix pack 4 and the starterstore I am using is ConsumerDirect store. The problem is when I select a order to return, I select new return button and next window I get is product window, then the comment window, all of witch work fine, however when I get to the credit method there aren?t any methods to choose from. The error I get is ?no supported refund methods? the cassette I am using is he VerSign cassette the Offline cassette has the same problem as well.

I forgot to say Im using db2 as a database and i have also enabled the ConsumerDirect store to use ATP inventory.
