We have a profile named test and we can login into admin console and do the deployment in last week.

Yesterday, I suddenly encounter error when I try to access http://ip address:port/ibm/console and the error message as follows:

Error 404 :no target servlet configured for uri /ibm/console

But it works after I stop and restart the profile twice.

Today, I try to access this admin console http://ip address:port/ibm/console and it keep return same error message no matter how many times I stop and restart the server.

Any ideas?

I assume your test profile is a standalone server profile with an
application server called 'server1'. And when you stop/restart the server
you mean 'server1' and not the computer (ie. reboot).

What does the SystemOut.log for server1 show? Does it show the console
application starting successfully?

Is the ipaddress:port in the URL the ipaddress:port of server1, or are you
routing via a proxy or HTTP server?

Have you done anything to this system recently? For example did you apply a
fixpack or add the profile's node to an ND cell?

Try to see the systemout.log and paste the error from the begining as to which place this starts.
Also is this a remote server on which you are logging, try using the host system with localhost in the place of ipaddress.

you can also reinstall the admin console, which would renew all the files for the admin console, so if anything got corrupted due to which you are facing this problem can be fixed.

Check this link for detailed steps for base or ND environment reinstallations.
