[help] WAS ssl error

i change truestore name and keystore name to NodeLTPAKeys (by default it's said NodeDefaultTrueStore). Then i press get certificate aliases, because i can't press ok button.

after that, i waiting about 3 minutes, but the loading isn't done yet, so i kill the proses (./stopServer doesn't work too). then i start again the services, then when i tried to access : https://my.website.com:9043/ibm/console/logon.jsp, the page is error like this : [picture 3|http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/kk286/zazaz_chan/ssl03.jpg].

i have tried configuration *securityoff* in wsadmin.sh, but it doesn't work to, then tried configuration manual in /usr/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/config/cells/myCell/ and looking for *security.xml* then make false to all about ssl, but it doesn't work to.

when i scan port to my server, the port 9043 doesn't open too, but the 9080 is open, so the web is running normally, but i can't get access too the console. can sombody give me a clue to clear this problem?

this is what i get from my log error, and the solution from ibm website :

SSLC0008E: Unable to initialize SSL connection. Unauthorized access was denied or security settings have expired. Exception is {0}.
Explanation A new connection failed to complete a successful secure handshake.
Action Check security settings. The certificate may have expired. Alternatively, an unauthorized client connection may have been denied.

which one i must to check security setting? is there in security.xml or something? and what must i do?

i connect to : http://myip.com:9060/ibm/console , *NOT* to : https://myip.com:9043/ibm/console

then i can access to console again, but my problem is i can't configure ssl again. hmm... so confusing..
