Help - error: A file does not exist for module element having uri: MyAppWeb.war

I recently migrated my application from WebSpehere 5.1 to WebSphere 6.1. I use j_security_check for login. For application security to be enabled and take effect in WebSphere 6.1 administrative security must be enabled. I am able to start my server with no errors up until the point I have to set the the user roles to be authenticated for my EAR. After I set that and restart my server I receive the following trace. It seems there is an issue with the administrative user but it doesnt tell me what it is.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Thanks.
