Getting the camera out of the housing can be an issue due to the weather seal. I don't have the total security mount but the regular cases can do the same thing. Sometimes I can use fingernails to pry the camera out but I've also resorted to shaking the camera out. One thing I haven't tried is a light coating of a suitable grease on the seal or case to see if that would help.

Note GB1019 didn't say what 2-pack he purchased. The packs I've received don't include the total security mount - but often do include a mix of magnetic and ordinary screw mounts. So I assumed that is what he purchased (despite the title of the overall thread).
Agreed - the screw mount isn't much better which is why people want and buy the 'total security' mount. In my case I bought 3rd party screw mounts which are a little more solid in terms or resisting small impacts from rocks (they're much they same but they 'lock' the angle of the camera more solidly than the original screw mount), mounted some cameras much higher then recommended, and tried to mount cameras such that they were hard to see from a distance.
I am getting off-topic but I suppose my point is that the 'one size fits all' approach taken by Arlo is not ideal. Including one magnetic and one screw mount in a 2 camera pack, and selling an expensive 'total security' mount that is (apparently) unusable and neither prevents theft in any meaningful way nor protects the camera from damage, perhaps highlights a need for an 'accessories team' or similar. Arlo camera hardware is, broadly speaking, very good, but a range of accessories to suit a range of climates and security circumstances would be extremely useful. Quality accessories at a good price should be viewed as a way to promote camera sales and raise customer satisfaction, not an afterthought.

The 26 october , The Mcafee support (Phone number of Finland support?) phoned to me and connected to my Toshiba PC (LLC connection) to verify some things
(we wrote and talked in French language : good for me)
The person tried to update the software , but she meets the same problem than me.
Her answer was : perhaps your supplier Toshiba (?) has not received the last version , that can take a long time for all countries , you will have to wait...
What ? is it a joke ? on my license , there is only the toshiba information because I installed more 10 years ago the software on this Toshiba PC but I don't have any link with Toshiba.
On my second PC that is a Lenovo (but I didn't register it with Lenovo) , I have the same license LifeSafe for 5 devices (total security)
I answered that my PCs must be linked to a McAfee server , so I understand that :
- THIS McAfee server has not updated for a month 1/2 (I think there are several servers for that and for the world)
- or a McAfee server can't be contacted , no download but no error in the UI and the wrong message : the last updates have been downloaded.
About the errors in some files : no problem , it's just for information !! (???????).
I asked where was the file of AV signatures base on the PC. If I disconnect the PC from the network , I can ask an AV analyse , so there is a file on the PC with the AV signatures , where is it to just verify the date and size ?
Answer of my contact : you think that this file is a virus ?
oh my god ..., NO !!! I want to know where it is , I worked in the Netware then Windows server support (OS , Active-directory...) during 20 years , so I have a minimum of knowledge and I will not destroy a file.
My contact : I think it's the MC-DAD.EXE in Windows\programs...
Me : it's a .EXE that has the date of the installation of the software , in programs and not in programs data , very strange not ?
My contact : .....I don't know where it is , I must ask to my Boss and and I will send a mail to you.
But no problem , I don't see errors in you Mcafee UI. , you are protected
