If you comment out link(exportAll), then no import library (.lib) would
be created when the DLL is created therefore no opportunity would exist
for ilib to fail. :-)

Do you have a testcase which demonstrates your original problem? I
thought that ilib may have been hung up on the '&' in "Trial&Error" or
the '-' in "going-native" but I cannot reproduce a problem using a
trivial testcase.
Is the file C:\TEMP\0c800010.CTN (or whatever file is named in the error
message) left over after the build. That file might be helpful as well.
