Problems installing VACPP

I just got back from the Southern California Regional competition. I
noticed most
of the software is NT only. Does IBM have any intentions on making VA for
C++
available for WIN 95/98?

VisualAge C++ Professional for Windows NT, V4.0 will only run on
Windows NT machine. However, the executables that get produced will
work on Windows 98. There is no plan to have the product work on
Windows 98.
