TDI TAMCombo Adapter Error

Hello Folks,
when i reconciale from TIM with TAM, using the connecter in the LDAP
mode not the TAM API mode i get this errors for the users:

and also a group error:

HPDMG0762W The entry referred to by the Distinguished Name (DN)
must be a group entry..

Unable to interface with the TAM server. The following unknown message
type was retrieved by TAM while processing an exception thrown by TAM:
HPDMG0762W The entry referred to by the Distinguished Name (DN) must
be a group entry.., message:CTGDIK450E Unable to interface with the
TAM server. The following unknown message type was retrieved by TAM

After that i dont get any accounts in TIM on the TAM Service.
If i use TAM API mode, the connector is working slowly and i need
almost a day for 30k users.

Can someone point me to some solution ?
