Hello All,
I am using tdi v7.1 fp4 and having the following problems when running
tdisrvctl tool:

CTGDJB019E Could not start Config: Config name
and
CTGDJB123E Unable to get details for AssemblyLines.

What actually happens is that when server is started without -c any
configuration file, I am able to run the tdisrvctl -op start command
for an AL for a specific configuration. From that moment the
configuration is started on the running server instance and any
subsequent try to run another AL in same configuration fails with the
aforementioned errors.

The very same configuration xml file export started with tdisrvctl
works perfectly fine in my dev. environment with a same fixpack level.

Do you have any suggestions apart from reinstallation of TDI server?

You should open a Service Request with IBM Support.
There's been some good changes to the 'tdisrvclt' which are included in APAR IO14811. Request the fix for that APAR and see if it helps resolve your issues.
