How to Update pwdAccountLockedTime in Tivoli Directory Server?

Hi,
I am trying to update an oprational attribute (pwdAccountLockedTime)
in tivoli directory server but cant as i am getting
schemavialationexception. Had read some posting by Christian
Chateauvieux but please excuse me as i cant seem to understand his
explanation. Is there any example on how i can do that? I am using TDI
7.1 by the way. Thanks in advance.
