CLI0112E Error in assignment in IDataReader.NextResult()

Occassionally, when I batch two SQL commands in a single DB2Command
(separated by a ";"), I get an exception when calling
IDataReader.NextResult() to advance to the second result set:
ERROR [22005] [IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0112E Error in assignment.
SQLSTATE=22005

The commands and iteration work fine if I break them up into individual
commands and avoid the need for NextResult(). This doesn't seem to happen
on all queries, and only seems to occur (so far) if I am using parameters
for the WHERE clause.
Is this a known issue with the beta? Is anyone else seeing this?
