Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and test applications which are secure and scalable.
· Perform onsite lead role as integration developer leveraging TIBCO technologies.
· Learn new technologies and stay abreast of existing technologies and be able to apply them on future projects
· Collaborate effectively with other teams (internal and external) in a very dynamic environment
· Participate in Root Cause analysis post Rapid response call/ Incident tickets
· Analyze and update Tibco code and configurations related to life-cycle and problem resolution
· Support DevOps/Continuous Integration – Continuous Deployment framework (CI/CD)

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 9+ years related IT experience
· 4-6 years of relevant IT experience with TIBCO Suite of products
· Excellent technical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Expertise and detailed knowledge of TIBCO Administrator, Business Works, XML technologies (XML, WSDL, XSD, XPath, XSLT), Web Services (SOAP and REST)
· Working experience with TIBCO Adapters and TIBCO EMS
· Demonstrated ability to analyse technical information
· Strong planning and organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Strong project/team leadership skills
· Knowledge of Change Control and ITIL Processes

Technical Skills required:
· TIBCO Business Works 5.x, TIBCO EMS 8.x, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO ADB Adapters required
· APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
· Java, Spring
· TIBCO MFT and TIBCO BW 6.x are preferred
